Yesterday I went into town. I bought a couple of bits. A new record on Bedrock Breaks (Bedrock – Forge) which is my current favourite tune 🙂 Couple of DVDs as well. “Dead Ringers 1” and “The Fast Show Series 2”. Both fantastic British comedy! “People Like Us Series 2” is coming out in September as well, that’s another one to look out for.
And apart from that I have just been doing the usual stuff. Finished “The Bondage Breaker”, now I’m reading “The Net Commandments” which is basically how to live a righteous virtual life. It seems to be pretty cool!
Blue Arrow rang me up. I’m working at the England game tomorrow, selling hot dogs or whatever. I don’t know yet. They also said that Saturday and Monday Newmarket races had been cancelled. That does mean less money for me, unfortunately, but I’m glad because I wasn’t looking forward to working three long days out of four! I assume I’m still working Friday, and I’m working at the football ground on Saturday doing a similar kind of thing (catering).
I was up late last night working on the Crossring forums. Now they have an extra feature: you can see who is browsing the forums! Took nearly two hours to get working, not sure if it was worth all the effort but ah well.
That about wraps it up for now… I’m off to watch some more of the Fast Show 🙂
