Hmmm a couple of things that might help you out - Google have released a piece of software to sync your Outlook calendar with your Google Calendar - http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=89955

There's also the following page which gives suggestions on setting up phone phone to use Exchange to sync the calendar - not sure if this would work for you or not either. http://www.google.com/mobile/products/sync.html#p=default
