Last night Liz, a friend of ours from church, took us out to see the badgers near Fordham. It was amazing.
We picked her up and then drove out there (it’s not far on from Fordham). We parked as close as we could get, and then wheeled her the last bit of the trail. It was definitely worth it!
I hope these photos capture some of what it was like. You’ll have to zoom in a fair bit I’m afraid (we couldn’t get *that* close).
Badgers are amazing creatures, really beautiful and surprisingly graceful when they move! I was a bit surprised actually. Definitely a great experience and one I’d like to do again sometime though.
