This evening, I went to the cinema to see “I Heart Huckabees”. I have to say, it was probably one of the most original films I’ve seen in a long time. It’s really very refreshing to see a film which actually looks at ‘existential’ issues, looks at the meaning of life, and doesn’t draw any conclusions but makes you think about them! I certainly don’t think the film would be to everyone’s taste, but if you’re interested in ‘philosophy’ then I think it’d be worth seeing. Probably a film that will become a cult hit. Some of the themes in it reminded me a little bit of ‘Fight Club’, another one of my favourite films… although of course, it was totally different! Just a matter of asking the question, “Who are you?”
