Anyway. Today is my 150th Project 365 photo! I know there’s still an odd number to go, but still… it seems like a bit of a landmark nonetheless. I can’t believe I’ve taken a picture every day for the past 150 days, seems like loads!

I think I’ve improved as well, let’s hope so anyway!

I thought a macro shot might fit well with the Daily Shoot theme as well: “Make a photograph with a soft look today.” The way the background melts away I think is pretty soft!

So, here’s a picture of Bourne Mill anyway, not as nice as it would have been with a blue sky, but still quite picturesque!

  • Day 143: Evenings are Drawing Out

This was taken when I came out of work this evening. I thought the sky was beautiful… unfortuntely I couldn’t get to somewhere else more picturesque in time!

It was very nearly still a bit light when I got home this evening. That’s the good thing about leaving when I do – you notice the days drawing out pretty quickly! Now if only the mornings would start drawing out faster, so I don’t have to wake up when it’s pitch black…

I love the way these leaves have a kind of “lightning bolt” pattern (I say these leaves, there were more but I didn’t photo them. So, this leaf, really. Sorry.)
