I just didn’t get around to it. Oh what a shame! I am so incredibly disappointed 😉 The exam I’m particularly worried about is on Wednesday of next week, it’s the only one which might be tricky (the rest might be hard, but at least the stuff is all in the lecture notes. The one I’m worried about, there’s not much material in the notes, which isn’t a good thing.)

Oh well. So yes, I spent most of the time instead of revising this evening working on a remix of “Shout to the Lord”. It’s coming along quite nicely! I’ll put a link up sometime soon, just got to get it encoded and uploaded.

Apart from that, not much to report, so I’ll say toodeloo (or however you’re supposed to spell that) and will update tomorrow 🙂

Well, in direct contrast, my exam this morning was pretty good! It was almost exactly the same as the past paper. I would imagine I’ve got a pretty good mark for it! Highest so far. Definitely passed anyway!

And I’m going to see the Matrix Reloaded tomorrow! Woo-hoo!!! I’m going to have a bit of a mix now, then I reckon I’m going to do a bit of revision. But not too much 🙂

Do you ever get the feeling that you have been royally screwed? My Databases exam this morning was absolutely awful. It’d be a miracle if I’ve actually passed it… the exam paper was nothing like the last two years! Or at least, dealt with similar topics — just harder. And there were a couple of things I was hoping were going to be on the exam but weren’t. Still, hopefully it will be moderated because I think everyone found it hard!

On a more positive note, afterwards I was able to go for a drink with Paul which was cool (and I’m a poet and I don’t know it…)

So, now for revision for CC252 tomorrow. Woo-hoo! It should be a bit easier than the one today at least…

Technically, the exam’s in the afternoon (12.15), but whatever. Morning to me is before lunch! Anyway. CC254 Introduction to Databases. I have to say, I’m feeling a lot more confident about it having done some revision. I’ve looked over the past papers for the last two years and there are some recurring themes which seem to tie in a lot with the lecture notes… I’ve managed to do some relatively specific revision so hopefully I’ll be OK!

Just a few more things to learn, then I think I’m going to go to bed. I seem to have picked up a cold which really isn’t good. Oh well, hopefully God-willing it will be gone by tomorrow!

I’ve just come back from the DJ Workshop, I went there as a bit of a break to get away from revision. It was good tonight, loads of people there! Well, relatively speaking of course. Ok, I had really better get to learning stuff… I hardly got any sleep last night and I’m rather tired so bed won’t be far away!

Just to let you know, my exam this morning went fairly well. I think I passed! Hopefully got at least a 2:1 as well… Thanks for your good wishes everybody! They are much appreciated 🙂

If I do any more CC256 revision I’m going to blow up like Becca’s brains! (her MSN name, incidentally).

I’m going to watch a film and then go to bed… in some ways I’m glad that my exam’s at 9:15 tomorrow — it means that it’s out of the way leaving the rest of the day available to revise CC254 Intro to Databases… that exam I was dreading, but I feel a lot better about it now. I’m just going to go in and do my best!

Right. Now the hard decision… what film should I watch this evening? I think I’m in the mood for a bit of Galaxy Quest… 😉

I have a CC256 Computer Graphics exam tomorrow morning at 9.15. I’ve been revising for it most of this morning, and probably the rest of the day as well. Exciting, eh? I’m just about to head into town, see what’s new, then I’m back home to do some more revision… ah well. Three days of exams / revision this week, Friday I’m going to see Matrix Reloaded though so that will be a nice break 😉

That is, just trying to get everything to work. Ok, I think just about everything’s working now, but if you find anything broken then email me 🙂

I’m not going to do anything interesting for the rest of the day, apart from perhaps work on a new remix or just fiddling about with this blog. So I’ll update later tomorrow…

Simon‘s put a comments system on his blog / diary now. Ah well, doesn’t make much difference… I doubt many people will use either mine or his apart from occasionally!

On to today. This morning, I went to Fordham. Mike Neville was speaking about… Romans 12:1-8! Ah, brings back some memories of my Fusion group (Bible study group) last year. Wonder what he’s going to say about obeying the authorities (last year a HUGE discussion was had about that) — although having said that, I think I actually understand that passage now, having read “The Cross of Christ” by John Stott 🙂

After Church, I went for a student lunch at, uh, someone’s house. Yeah. Bye…
