I only write occasionally here now, as you will see. However, there is an archive of over 2,000 posts which I’ve made over the last 20+ years, which are all still accessible.

  • Friday and Saturday

Well, Friday and half of Saturday. Yesterday, I went onto campus for my 11:00 lecture. Then did some work for a couple of hours. Then went to my 2:00 lecture. Then did some more work for an hour. Then went onto Philippa’s, had dinner, watched some TV, stayed there the night, went for a walk…

  • Right

Nothing much really to update you with today, but I thought I would seeing as I’m currently sitting in a computer lab, rather bored. Today I haven’t done much. I came onto campus for my 12:00 lecture, then I did some work for two or three hours, then I went to my 4:00 lecture. How…

  • Just to update you…

My computer went down on Monday evening (Hard Disk problems), so I haven’t been able to update I’m afraid. Anyway, I’ve been fairly busy since then so I haven’t really got around to actually fixing it. I do apologise to those who read this blog for not updating… however, I’m sure that you can understand…

  • The rest of the weekend, and Monday morning

Thought I’d update this blog before going on to chaplaincy lunch! I’m currently sitting in csclab5, reading up about the Apache XML Project — looking for an XHTML validator that’s already been written so I don’t have to write one. I’d rather not have to write one myself; I don’t think I’ve got the time!…

  • Lots to say

But I don’t have much time to write. I went to see the German Play, it really was very good! Philippa looked good as the dog (and yes, that is supposed to be a compliment…) I didn’t understand much of it, but a lot of the humour was quite visual, not just verbal. Or involving…

  • Another Update

Haven’t got much to update you on. I didn’t meet up with Philippa yesterday, as the German Play rehearsal went on for a bit longer than expected, and she was fairly tired afterwards! I did, however, get some of my theology seminar planned, which was good. Then I, uh, chatted for a while, then went…

  • Quick update

Right. Friday… went onto campus for 11:00, stayed in lectures and classes until about 3:00, then went home. Didn’t really do much in the evening, Anne-Marie, Esther and Philippa and Ian came round and we chatted about ‘bin 39’ (more on that some other time). Yesterday, I went on a day away with the committee…

  • WILL ASYLUM SEEKERS STRIP CAR DRIVERS OF ALL DIGNITY?

Hehe, I’ve just found a random Daily Mail Headline Generator. It’s cruel, but it’s much fun to do 🙂

  • I’m rather bored at the moment…

I’m currently sitting in csclab5, feeling rather bored. So I thought I’d update here… anyway. Monday night was pretty good actually! I enjoyed it, especially Greg’s set towards the end of my time there at least. Tuesday… went onto campus for my meeting at 9:00 in the morning, then had a bar breakfast with Philippa…

  • Good afternoon!

I hope that you are well. I am well, but just a little depressed. I had a CC362 Mobile Robots lab this afternoon (2-4), and it just served to remind me of how much I hate Saphira and the Pioneer robots. They are stupid. I hate programming in C, I hate those robots, I hate…
